More Training Academy
More Training Academy is a Commercial Dance programme based in London that caters for the next generation of aspiring dancers. Designed by industry professionals and delivered by a team of dedicated educators, we aim to aid the younger generation in gaining the skills and knowledge needed to work and thrive as a professional performer.
The Academy was set up in 2022 by Choreographer and Educator Joshua Base Pilmore. With a wealth of knowledge in the commercial dance industry working as a Choreographer, Dancer, International Teacher and Movement Director, Joshua believes his skill set is a great base for any young performer looking to develop their knowledge and understanding of commercial dance.
Our training sessions include three classes, two choreography based, one with founder Joshua Base Pilmore, and one delivered by one of his trusted team of staff. These members of staff have been hand selected based on their knowledge and passion for teaching, each specialising in a different aspect of the commercial dance genre. The third session is titled “Give me MORE” and will focus on all other aspects of the industry including; formation drills, freestyle sessions, business skills, creative tasks, guest workshops and many more.
More Training Academy runs in 10 week blocks, 3 times a year at The Hub studios in East London.

May – July
September – November
Places are allocated via submission and audition to ensure the best level of training for all students.
