- Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or other unforeseen events.

- All classes and workshops have limited spaces and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not hold or reserve spots without full payment.
